What we collect
We collect the full name, email address, telephone number, preferred artist, preferred concert date, consent acknowledgments and the date/time when the entry was received. These details are stored in a CSV file in a private folder on the website's server, outside the site's public document root.
How we use the information
We use contact and preference information to administer this giveaway, enforce the one-entry-per-person limit, review eligible entries, and contact potential winners. Checking the separate optional email-updates box records permission for future event emails; this checkbox is not required for entry. The example website does not itself send email or text messages.
Who can access the entries?
The organizer can export records from a password-protected admin page. The organizer is responsible for limiting staff access, securing downloaded files, and disclosing any service providers or other recipients as required by applicable law.
